Boundlessness

I believe in boundlessness, which means there is no division between birth and death, good and bad, right and wrong. I believe that people are easily puzzled and misled by surface phenomena. They trust their eyes more than other feelings. Therefore, they trust what they see but ignore what is hidden beneath the surface. Unfortunately, what they see with naked eyes is probably not completely true. To find the complete truths we should use our hearts to feel, rather than relying solely on our physical eyes to see.
I believe in the transmigration of souls. In other words, death is not just death. One life’s ending equals another life’s beginning. In Tibet, when the last Dalai Lama dies, his disciples ride horses to find a newborn baby who is born at the same time as his death. The baby will become the next Dalai Lama. Tibetans trust the soul of the Dalai Lama transfers to the body of this newborn baby. The transmigration of souls is really miraculous. I believe death is not the end of a person’s journey.  Life changes from one form of existence to another becoming air and wind surrounding the person who it loves, watching, accompanying and protecting her. For example, every time I visited my grandmother at her tomb in Shanghai, I sat in front of her and told her my problems. However, after I sat there quietly and enjoyed the breeze for a while, I felt better and those problems seemed smaller.
I believe in the concept of equal exchange. It is an eternal principle in nature that when a person gets something, she loses something. The more she gets, the more she loses. Likewise, a person gets something as she loses something. I heard an old saying when I was young: “When God closes a door to you, he must open a window for you.”  When I was in college, I did many kinds of jobs, such as credit card seller, swimming coach, accountant, auditor, etc. because I thought social experiences are very important. Through these jobs, I gained rich experiences and became more mature and reliable, but at same time, I lost my innocent mind that caused me not to trust others easily.
People are accustomed to make principle to destroy union. However, actually, many things in the world had not had clear boundaries. Most of the time, it is hard to distinguish right from wrong, good from bad. Right or wrong, good or bad are just separated by a slender line. I saw a very interesting picture once. In the picture, I perceived a young girl; in contrast, my friend saw an old lady. What we each perceived from the same picture was totally different. Who was right? We were both right because we saw the picture from different perspectives. From left to right, the picture is a young girl. Vice versa, it is an old lady. Different viewpoints and thoughts result from the angle and position of the viewer.
Everyone comes to this world in the same way. When we are born, we are naked and don’t bring anything with us to this world. There is no boundary among them. However, influenced by this society, some people start to feel they are more honorable than others because of having lots of money or power. Hence, boundary forms. However, ten decades later, when they leave this world, they all cannot take anything. At this time, boundary disappears.

Good Bye

Good bye the familiar street I have walked for hundreds of times.
Good bye the bus station where I wait for bus every day.
Good bye the college where records my colorful campus life.
Good bye my small bedroom that is full of my childhood memory.
Good bye the beautiful sunset hanging on the bridge.
Good bye the loudly toll made by big clock.
Good bye the tranquil avenue with lush trees on its both sides.
Good bye Yu Garden where has traditional architect and commodities.
Good bye the delicious food made by my mother.
Good bye my friends who accompany with me during my growth.

Good bye the industrial factories that emit black gas.
Good bye the bright streetlight that covers beautiful stars.
Good bye noisy roads where hold the concert of horn.
Good bye the crowded subway where people stand shoulder by shoulder.
Good bye the greedy beggars ask money from hardworking people.
Good bye the sneaky stealer use innocent kids to assist them.
Good bye the limits of surfing internet.

Belif Smriti

I believe family is a great power to support me to go ahead because...

My father taught me these beliefs:
Don't be afraid when confronting difficulties. Try to look for solutions to solve those difficulties.
Don't look back when going ahead. Destination is not far away.
Don't regret when other option is a better choice. There is no pill to cure regret.
Don't tolerate when cannot handle. Crying is not humiliation.
Be brave when facing everything, whatever good or bad. Suffering is probably the cost of growth.

My mother taught me these beliefs:
There is always someone who stands behind you.
There is always someone who loves you more than him/her self.
There is always someone who will accompany with you until he/she leaves this world.
There is always someone who is willing to pay everything for you without any return.
There is always someone who prepares a table with a meal waiting for you to return.
There is always someone who can tolerate your bad temper.

I taught myself these beliefs:
Striving is a basic element for people to succeed.
Opportunity is created by people. Good luck has never fallen on a waiting person.
Success is not occasional. It comes from sweat, striving, and persistence.
Calmness is very important to deal with problems.
Optimistism is an attitude to face life.
Where there is a family member, there is home.
Family is a permanent harbor.

I believe what my father told me because he has given me enough courage to face my unknown future. I believe what my mother told me because she has let me know I am not alone. I believe I have owned my happiness...

Cinquain Poems

Pullus
Dependent, innocent
Wondering, dreaming, hesitating
A little bird locked in a beautiful cage created by itself.
Immaturity

Eagle
Independent, sturdy
Hovering, experiencing, enriching
An adult bird flying in the freedom sky.
Maturity

Xintiandi
Classic, reminiscent
Calming, thinking, memorizing
Peace is an attitude of life.
Wateriness

Ferry
Hectic, incessant
Coming, leaving, puzzling
Where do I belong?
Confusion

what is love ?

Love looks like the sun that is hot, enthusiastic and bright.
Even though love can burn everything, people still run towards it.
Love looks like rose that is beautiful, attractive and balmy.
Even though love has thorns, people still cannot countrol themselves from touching it.
Love looks a shooting star that is momentary, promising and amazing.
Even though love lasts a short time. people still catch the chance to make a wish.

Love is paying but not expecting any return.
Love is tolerating but not lose principle.
Love is destiny when encountering the right person in an unremarkable alley.
Love is a kind of promise when deciding to live with  "THE ONE" for the rest of your life.
Love is a kind of responsibility when ready to protect "THE ONE" with your wide shoulder.
Love is a kind of appointment when seeing the sunset with  "THE ONE" until you are old.
Love is accompanying  "THE ONE" until leaving this world.

Litany

You are the harbor and the oar,
the light house and the compass.
You are the aurora in the South Pole
and the big tree beside the lake.
You are the sophisticated farmer of the arable land
and the apple on Newton's head.

However, you are not the defoliation around the bench,
the orbit in the galaxy,
or the chimney of the house.
And you are certainly not the green tea in the coffee cup.
There is just no way you are the green tea in the coffee cup.

It is possible that you are the sea gull above the ocean,
Maybe even the first quarter of the moon hanging in the dark sky,
but you are not even close
to being the lotus emerging out of the mud.

And a quick look in the mirror will show
that you are neither fiction on the bookshelf
nor the fountain on the avenue.

It might interest you to know,
Speaking of the plentiful imagery of the world,
that I am the boat in the wind.

I also happen to be the lost fish in the ocean,
the piece of leaf floating on the lake,
and the wooden cabin hiding in the rain forest.

I  am also the water in the ocean
and the sand in the desert.
But don't worry, I am not the harbor and the oar.
You are still the harbor and the oar.
You will always be the harbor and the oar,
not to mention the light house and -somehow- the compass.

The Different Taste of Life

Success  jumps on the moon.
Covered with stars.
Laughing like a lion.

Excitement dances on the sound of Mexican music.
Covered in a bouquet of light.
Clapping with the sound of instruments.

Avenger stands in front of an abandoned grave.
Black jacket makes him immersed in dark night.
Whispering to the decedent "I miss you".

Imagination penetrates into deeper ocean.
Dyeing in blue.
Celebrating their harvest day.
